This is where The Haven Group’s business relationships payoff for the homeowner. Often times homeowners will approach the group with a common problem. Their Foreclosure Auction date is close at hand, sometimes weeks. To further complicate matters, the bank will ONLY evaluate the value of the home once there has been a contract to purchase the home submitted to the bank. Solution: Monument Capital Group is dedicated to working with all of our homeowners to complete the contract to purchase the home. Monument has something most other “investors” do not. And that is Proof of Funds. The bank requires this to pursue the offer presented by the investor.

“We had a difficult time trying to sell our home. With the change in the economy and the housing market every time we attempted to sell the house we ended up having to bring more than we could afford to the closing table. So, we decided to do a short sale, in order to get out of our home and move out of state. That is when Brandon came into the picture.
