Free Loan Modification Help

As recently seen on Tom Martino TV, FOX 31 KDVR and CBS News 4 The Haven Group along side CityWide Mortgage has been trying to get the word out about free loan modification help. Read our article on CBS4Denver.com.

Loan Modification is strife with frustration and anger brought on by the banks. This is one of the most difficult situations currently taking place in our country. The economy is connected to the real estate market more than most people would like to admit.

So... can you do the loan modification?

Some answers to some simple questions is where we start.

Why would someone help for FREE!?

Good question. It is a community service. We are trying to do our part to get qualified homeowners through the process and staying in their home.

Will you qualify for a loan modification?

Since the Obama administration came forward with the HAFA and HAMP programs results have been less than stellar. ONLY 2 out of 10 homeowners will even be considered "qualified" for a loan modification.. Of those 2 homeowners, often times the bank's lack of customer service or inability to work efficiently leaves those qualified still searching for a solution.
