"We had a difficult time trying to sell our home.  With the change in the economy and the housing market every time we attempted to sell the house we ended up having to bring more than we could afford to the closing table.  So, we decided to do a short sale, in order to get out of our home and move out of state. That is when Brandon came into the picture.

aggressive in getting new potential buyers into our home, he communicated with us on a regular basis, and he helped the paperwork process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was even able to find a couple of buyers who wanted to put in offers to buy our home.  Once the right buyer came in and the contract started to come together a damaging hailstorm inflicted thousands of dollars of damage upon our home.  But Brandon didn't back down or change his plan.  He was able to work with us, the bank, the insurance company, and building contractors to get the repairs done right. We were able to get them done on time and close on the house within the time line set by the bank.  Brandon was easy to work with, was alway quick to answer our questions, always available to talk, and was aggresive in getting the job done. Brandon was able to accomplish all these things while still dealing with a variety of barriers that seemed to being slowing the process down.  We would recommend Brandon Allen and Compass Realty to anyone who wants to sell their home. -
