| Julie of The Haven Team saved my home from going into foreclosure. I struggled for months to keep my mortgage payments on time even when I got laid off from the well-paying position I had when I purchased the house. It is done! My house is saved. I was so close to just letting the house go… I was terrified of the consequences. Then one day I watched 4 news in Denver, and saw Julie speaking on loan modifications. WOW! She was a GOD send. Left Julie a message, she called promptly… She guided me through getting my package together, I am terrified of talking to Mortgage companies, she acted as a liason.. | Claudene J. March 8, 2011 Julie Maeda The Haven Group Dear Julie, In July 2010 I applied for a home modification through CHFA and I was getting no where. I provided my documents to CHFA seven times via email, fax, and mail. I was getting no where. Now it has been seven months and still no approval or updates. I was watching the Tom Martino show and was listening to Julie and how she could help with the modification process, however the client would need to be diligent with their part as well with the process. That afternoon I called you and we met in mid January. Soon after we start working together as a Team. I was so impressed by you and your knowledge of the entire process. You went over my financials, my follow up emails, and any contact information that would help you to get involved. Every week we would both follow up and communicate as to where we are in the process. A couple of weeks went by and we were not getting anywhere and Julie escalated to the next level, meaning go above and beyond talking to a Manager over another Manager to get answers and updates. Well now it is the first week of March, and with all of Julie’s help I was approved not only for my modification but a refinance to have the loan in my name only... I had to provide necessary documents and proof of everything requested by CHFA, but now I will be able to stay in my home with my two children. I wanted to take the time and thank you for getting my home loan modification/refi approved with CHFA. I especially appreciate your one on one time, advice you offered and information you shared. WOW! What an amazing person Julie Maeda with The Heaven Group is. We were in foreclosure and Julie step in to help us get a loan modification, she never stopped working on our case until she won, and that she did! Then when our loan amount came back it was higher than what we wanted to pay. Julie sat down with me and went through our escrow to figure out why our payments were so high and she found that we were paying double on homeowner insurance.
